How does the Triple M Method Work?
It is a combination of all the best tools, knowledge and concepts I have learnt beginning as a skeptical, non-meditator held back by stress and anxiety, that is designed to teach meditation and mindset tools, to help you create more clarity, alignment and fulfilment in your busy day to day life.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
How is it delivered? Each week I host a live workshop via zoom. I also don't expect you to share your life story live, it is mainly me directing with basic check ins, and option to ask questions.
How long does it go for how long do I have access? The course is 6 consecutive weeks. You will have access to the group and all content for 3 months in total.
